Play-mate***I normally don't post introductions to my stories, and leave my personal commenting for the appropriate place. For this story, however, I think that it's appropriate. Simply put, I don't feel entirely comfortable with this story or understand why I wrote it. But the thought jumped into my head and refused to go away until I gave it life. Not that this is a wicked or brutal story or anything like it. Far from it. In fact, it's probably the very tamest that I've ever written. The main character, however, is a particularly vulnerable one because of her age, social awkwardness, and naivety... to the point that it makes me sit a little uncomfortably as I write. I suppose, however, that I shouldn't be surprised. After all, it is the vulnerability of the heroines of my stories that truly inspires me to write, so this might be the natural progression of that and an exploration into something tPlay-mate by experimenter73

Well, what color is the dog? She asked, the question feeling a little strange but a welcome change from the monotony of the day.
Sort of a reddish-brown color, I guess. He looked to be in his late twenties, blond, and attractive as he smiled. Almost exactly the color of your hair, to tell you the truth.
Oh, well, I guess red is fine then. She returned his smile, her hand reaching up to
